It is very interesting to see you guys wearing your clinical uniform while on placement at HKL. How was the experience in comparison to Brunei? Does the uniform have any impact on your interaction? Have you shared with them how you practice in Brunei?
The methadone clinic is another interesting thing. Do you mean to say that they practice "harm reduction" philosophy in Malaysia or HKL. Do you think this would work in our situation?
